Absences must be reported daily before 9:30am unless a doctors certificate is provided.
Pre-planned absences (i.e. driving tests, DRs/hospital appointments) must be reported at least 24hrs prior and evidence needs to be uploaded.

Anything outside of this will be classed as unauthorised
